The Road to Maxwell

Just a few snaps of my adorable Godson.  I think he is the bee's knees.
 I also snuck in a few shots that I took out the window on the way to see him.

And just a reminder that I will be posting your Mealtime photos later tonight.  If you haven't sent them and want to, DO IT!!! :)  (sarschro@yahoo.com)

The Rose Garden {Part One}

The instructor for our photography class said that we could join in on another class/different night to try another location to photograph.  My friend and I jumped at the chance and made plans to go.  Well, we screwed up.  The class was meeting tonight at the Sculpture Garden while we we were on our own little field trip at the Rose Garden.  It certainly would have been nice to have some instruction/input from our instructor, but we made the most of it and had a great time.  I could get used to these little photo outings.

I'm on my way out of town so I won't be posting the final DOOR pictures until Sunday night.  Believe me when I say this, they are worth the wait!   Happy Weekend y'all!

Fresh Air

We have been celebrating the beautiful weather by spending A LOT of time outside.  The day just goes better if my kids get fresh air and a little room to run around.  This morning we met friends at a playground near our home.  I really struggle taking pictures when the sun is high, so it was good practice for me.  I know it's hard, but try to ignore the shadows that I wasn't able to figure out how to avoid and enjoy the cute kids.
